I usually try not to lecture, well too much...I just watched a report on the news about a 38 year old women who had 10+ facial plastic surgery procedures.
She was unrecognizable. She was ugly. She destroyed her face. I don't understand how any reputable plastic surgeon would take her on as a patient. She clearly had psychological issues, not facial issues. Her self image was broken. No amount of surgeries will fix it. She needs to love herself.
I am so bothered by poor self image. Could this women use a little surgery, sure. Maybe a little Botox, or a tweek here or there. BUT, the amount of work she had done was irresponsible for any medical professional.
Plastic surgery on anyone younger then 45 should come with a mandatory psychological consult.
Money or surgery won't make you love yourself. Only YOU can. You are unique, you are beautiful. Work on the inside before you ever tackle the outside. Love yourself!
